My name is Emma Howell Smith, owner of FamilyBIrthSLO.
I am a certified Childbirth Educator with HypnoBirthing International, certified Birth Doula with Madriella Doulas International and certified Postpartum Doula with DONA International (Doulas of North America).
I have earned a psychology bachelor's degree, where I extensively studied early childhood development and the parent/child relationship. As a methodical educationalist, I offer motivating and meaningful enrichment to parents by being an advocate of positive thinking for fundamental growth in one’s environment.
With over twenty years of experience working among families with young children, as your Full Spectrum Family Doula, I will support the entire family, no matter how your family picture is painted. Each family’s unique needs are the center of my care. I look forward to supporting you and your growing family.
