I am in training for my Birth Doula Certification with Carriage House Birth and will complete my initial studies in November 2024.
I am a certified yoga & movement teacher (Yin, Vinyasa, Somatics) and a Birth/Midwife's Assistant, as well. Within the next couple of years, I plan to begin Midwifery school to continue & expand my work as a birth-keeper.
In all my work, I intend to offer kind, gentle, & resonant support along with emotional & spiritual care to allow for an embodied & integrated experience. As a member of your birth team, I want you to feel held, heard, advocated for, and empowered.
